Grit & The Grace
The REAL Change Grit and Grace celebrates transformative change, designed to support individuals navigating life’s complex challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Humans are wired to find patterns even when none exist. Our brains crave meaning, reward us with dopamine when we “connect the dots,” and prefer tidy stories over uncertainty. That’s why conspiracy theories feel so satisfying. Conspiracies simplify chaos, assign villains, and affirm belonging. But when we seek certainty over evidence, our detective minds turn into storytellers. Real wisdom lies not in rejecting patterns, but in questioning them by asking, “What else could be true?”
We humans spend much of life keeping uncertainty at bay through habits, biases, and identities that steady us. Yet, uncertainty is not just a threat, it’s also an opening. The brain’s prediction errors make us vigilant, but they also prime us for learning. By cultivating identity complexity, humility, and curiosity, we transform uncertainty from something to fear into an invitation to grow, connect, and imagine new possibilities.

Astrology
New Moons and Full Moons and everything in between.
This Scorpio Full Moon invites a deeper kind of seeing. Not surface clarity, but the kind that reveals what has been hidden, avoided, or quietly shifting beneath the surface. It’s a moment of reckoning with what is real, within ourselves and in our relationships. where something can no longer continue as it has before.
This is not about rushing to fix or resolve. It is about staying with what has been revealed long enough for something more honest to take shape. Because what is surfacing now is not random. It is ready to be seen, felt, and ultimately integrated.
Transformation here is not about becoming someone new. It is about reclaiming what was once too much to hold and allowing that truth to guide what comes next
New Moons in Aries are often times of concentrated intensity. This New Moon in Aries is unusually concentrated with so many planets joining the Sun and Moon. Like a spear point, Aries energy comes both precise and with purpose. It wounds to assert, not to protect. It strikes to be seen, not to be effective. Explore what teachings Aries brings this New Moon and how it relates to the Sabian Symbol, A Large, Disappointed Audience.
Change, accountability, and uncertainty: These are just some of qualities that this Libra Full Moon is guiding us to explore. Uncertainty can sometimes lead us to support or find comfort in harmful systems of control. Libra shows us the path out of that cycle, moreover, the path through. Libra is not only about finding peace but finding peace within tumultuous times. A soap bubble, this full moons Sabian symbol, is reflective of this sentiment. Because like a bubble, to exist in tension without bursting, to balance chaos and control, that is the Libra way.
