MENTORSHIP

I offer advanced mentorship and supervision for coaches and therapists who are already working with clients and are seeking thoughtful, grounded support in their professional work. This mentorship provides a reflective space to engage complex cases, ethical questions, and the developmental challenges that arise in long-term practice—particularly when practitioners are navigating uncertainty, relational complexity, or situations without clear answers.

Rather than focusing on techniques or prescriptive methods, this work emphasizes discernment, relational awareness, and the ongoing development of the practitioner. Mentorship is intended to support practitioners in thinking more clearly about their work, their clients, and themselves when questions do not have simple or immediate answers.

Advanced Mentorship & Supervision

This Mentorship May Be a Good Fit If…

  • You are a coach or therapist currently working with clients and are seeking reflective professional consultation rather than techniques or prescriptive solutions.

  • You value ethical practice, relational awareness, and ongoing professional development.

  • You are encountering complex client dynamics, uncertainty, or situations that invite deeper inquiry rather than immediate resolution.

  • You are interested in examining your own perspectives, assumptions, and responses as a practitioner, alongside your client work.

  • You are seeking a collaborative thinking partner who supports awareness, discernment, and professional growth.

This mentorship is intended as professional consultation and reflective supervision and does not replace or fulfill clinical supervision requirements for licensure.

What to Expect

This mentorship is collaborative and responsive rather than pre-structured. The focus and format are shaped together, based on the practitioner’s experience, scope of work, and the questions or challenges they are currently navigating. Sessions may include case consultation, reflective inquiry, and space to examine how uncertainty, relational dynamics, and ethical considerations are showing up in the work.

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, mentorship is oriented toward what is most relevant and alive for the practitioner at this stage of their practice. The intention is to support clarity, awareness, and thoughtful decision-making, while honoring the practitioner’s autonomy, professional judgment, and existing training.

Mentorship is offered on a limited basis and may take the form of individual consultation or small-group supervision. The structure and duration of mentorship are determined collaboratively, based on fit, availability, and the practitioner’s needs at this stage of their work.

*My work aligns with the ethical standards and core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and draws on over two decades of experience in coaching, relational work, and professional practice.
